- Login credentials to connect your cloud mining account (handled securely via the provider)
- Referral codes or app usage data (optional)
No mining is performed on your device, and the app does not store financial or biometric data.

If you wish to delete your data from our system, please email us at:

Include:
- Your registered email (if applicable)
- Your user ID or username (if used in-app)
- A short statement confirming that you wish to have your data removed
We will process your request and respond within 7 working days.
❗ Important Notes:
- Data related to third-party mining platforms (e.g., cloud mining account data) must be deleted through those platforms directly.
- Deletion of data may affect your ability to use the app.

Hello, I paid fifteen Tether for purchasing a pool and followed all the steps that were outlined. However, in the end, I did not receive any response. I contacted the support team of this app, but they have not replied yet. I also sent them the transaction hash.
